Expanded Plate Metal Mesh Machine Description
This expanded plate metal mesh machine is mainly used for coining and stretching cold-rolled steel plate, aluminum plate and other metal material to hexagon, diamond, semicircle, diamond-semicircle combination and so on. The mesh is widely used in construction, hardware, machine tools, electronic industrial products, electrical appliances product protection and decoration.
The machine punches the plank material for tensile strength below 200 N/mm2, elongation above 25% of cold-rolled steel sheet or other metal materials.
This machine adopts crankshaft connecting rod mechanism to achieve the plate punching and shearing, cam achieve swing, feed device adopts stepper motor, it can adjust the feeding distance. The machine has simple structure, easy operation, stable performance.
Installation and Test of Expanded Plate Metal Mesh Machine
A: Installation of machine
1. Installation of machine see the basic drawing
2. Using gradienter revise when install the machine, the vertical and horizontal direction's tilt error below 0.001mm.
3. After leveling machine, foundation surface must be close to the bottom of the machine, especially the foundation bolts must be attached and padded, then tighten the foundation bolts.
B: Preparation before test run
1. After the installation, use gasoline to clean dirt everywhere.
2. Put through power supply, turn on the ground at the same time, first manually turn the pulley a round, second inching the power switch, check motor rotation direction is correct or not. The belt wheel motor should be clockwise rotation when face to it.
3. Install the V belt, and adjust V belt tightness.
4. Check each part of nut and bolt in the machine, shouldn't have loose situation.
5. Turn on the power distribution's controller power, pump oil and check whether the oil is flowing. The slide friction surface which does not automatically add oil, must add oil manually.
6. Set up the protective cover of the machine.
7. Inching motor, make the crankshaft rotate a circle. Check: if the machine has collision and uncoordinated situation or not. If the proximity switch is luminous in the crankshaft rotates 90 degrees from the bottom dead center or not. Longitudinal and horizontal feeding is harmonious or not.
